Order Information

• For logos and artwork, attach original black and white camera ready art. PHOTOCOPIES AND FAXES ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE.
• Signatures must me written in black or blue ink on a piece of unlined white paper and attached to the order form. ORIGINAL SIGNATURES ARE REQUIRED.
• For orders that have no font specifications or special instructions, we will use our discretion to make the best finished product.
• Letter size may be reduced to fit if necessary.
• Custom orders are not subject to change or cancellation.

1. Fill out customer information
2. Decide on a regular or self-inking stamp
3. If a self-inker decide on a mount size
4. Select a font from the style page
5. Select ink color
6. Select copy adjustment if necessary
7. Indicate quantity

3. Choose color of background
4. Choose color of letter
5. Choose a font and a font size
