For logos and artwork, attach original black and white camera ready art. PHOTOCOPIES AND FAXES ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE.

Signatures must me written in black or blue ink on a piece of unlined white paper and attached to the order form. ORIGINAL SIGNATURES ARE REQUIRED.

For orders that have no font specifications or special instructions, we will use our discretion to make the best finished product.

Letter size may be reduced to fit if necessary.

Custom orders are not subject to change or cancellation.
